Right of withdrawal (14-day statutory cooling-off period)

As a consumer, when you buy from glowspective.nl you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy — see our refund policy.

How do you withdraw?

Let us know unambiguously within 14 days of receiving your order that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can do so by email via info@glowspective.nl or via our contact form. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product; we will send you a return label with instructions.

Refund

After withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any standard delivery costs of the outbound shipment, no later than 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have proven that you have returned it.

Conditions

During the cooling-off period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and assess the product as you would in a shop. Any diminished value resulting from use beyond that may be at your expense.
