Below you can read how we process and ship your order.

Shipping costs

Orders of €50 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €50 we charge €6.95 in shipping costs. You will always see the exact shipping costs in your cart before completing your order.

Processing time

We usually process your order within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 business days after processing, depending on the product and destination. Stated delivery times are an indication and do not constitute a binding deadline.

Track & trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Order not received or damaged?

Has your order not arrived after the expected delivery time, or is your package damaged? Then contact us via our contact form or email info@glowspective.nl. We will look into it and make sure it is resolved properly.

Incorrect address

Please check your address details carefully when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
